What systems do differently
A system is built around outcomes, not actions. The question is not "what do I do each morning?" but "what needs to be true for me to operate well regardless of circumstances?"

The overlap
This does not mean routines are useless. Predictable, low-pressure contexts are well-served by routines. The problem is treating routine-building as the whole of the project.
